Does this need NHS IT sign-off?
In most cases, no. Because FaultReady handles zero patient data and runs on its own infrastructure, it sits outside the clinical systems approval process. Your Estates department can purchase and deploy it independently.
How do staff report a fault without a login?
Each QR sticker links to a unique public page for that specific piece of equipment. No account needed. Staff scan, fill in a simple form, and submit — the system knows which ward and item the report is for automatically.
What does the free pilot include?
A full 3-month pilot on one ward or department: QR stickers printed and posted, a 1-hour setup call with your Estates lead, weekly check-ins, and all technical support included. No contract required during the pilot.
Can we run it across multiple wards or sites?
Yes — the Trust-Wide plan covers all sites in your Trust with no per-ward or per-user fees. Each ward gets its own dashboard view and reporting, and Estates sees the full cross-site queue.
Is our data stored in the UK?
Yes. All data is hosted exclusively on AWS EU West 2 (London region). We never transfer data outside the UK. Full data processing agreements are provided as standard with every contract.
How do we get it on a procurement framework?
FaultReady is in the process of joining the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud framework. In the meantime, at our price point most Estates departments can approve purchase directly without a formal tender process.
